Who is responsible

This website is operated by Christiaan J. Peters, Strada Dristorului 114, Building 13c, Floor 1, Apartment 1, Bucharest, Romania. He is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, type of enquiry and message. We use these only to answer your message and, if you ask for it, to follow up. Legal basis: your request and your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). The form is delivered by email through EmailJS, which also sends you an automatic confirmation. We keep messages as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored with our newsletter provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU). You confirm your subscription by email (double opt-in) and can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email. Legal basis: consent.
  • Free chapters. To download a free chapter, you enter your first name and email address. They are stored with Brevo, so we can send you the chapter and occasional emails. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email.
  • Analytics. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to see which pages are visited. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are placed. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
  • WhatsApp and social media. When you click a WhatsApp or social media link, you leave this website and the privacy policy of that platform (for example Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn) applies.
  • Hosting. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the website secure and available.

Cookies and local storage

This website stores your cookie choice in your browser (local storage). Analytics cookies are placed only after you accept them. Fonts are hosted on this website itself, so no data is sent to font services.

Sharing and international transfers

We never sell your data. Some service providers (EmailJS, Google, Netlify) may process data outside the EU. In that case they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email nextgenbiz4you@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or with the authority in your own EU country.
